72-Hour Return Window

We accept returns within 72 hours from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
• Original packaging, tags, and certificates must be intact
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided
• Customized or personalized jewelry items are not eligible for return
• Earrings and pierced jewelry cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons
• Sale or clearance items may have different return policies

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund as follows:

• Inspection of returned item within 2-3 business days
• Email notification once your return is approved
• Refund processed to original payment method within 5-7 business days
• Bank processing time may vary (typically 3-5 additional business days)
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Please note:

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process
• Contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp to request cancellation
