- Product colors, designs, polish, and finishes may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, and screen resolution.
- Minor variations are natural and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in INR (₹).
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Payments must be completed at checkout using secure third-party payment gateways.
- Aurevie Luxe LLP does not store any card or payment details.
Orders
- Order confirmation will be sent via email or SMS after successful payment.
- Aurevie Luxe LLP reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of cancellation by Aurevie Luxe LLP, a full refund will be issued.
Shipping
- Orders are processed within 3–7 business days.
- Delivery timelines depend on the customer's location and courier partner.
- Delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other external factors are beyond our control.
Return & Refund
- Returns are accepted within 72 hours of delivery, as per our Return & Refund Policy.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Only shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Jewellery Care
- Customers must follow jewellery care instructions provided by Aurevie Luxe LLP.
- Damage caused due to perfume, water, sweat, chemicals, or improper storage will not be eligible for return or refund.
- Jewellery should always be stored in a poly bag or airtight pouch after use for long life.
